얾마전에 파킹장에서 다른차와 부딪치는 사고가 있었는데 경미한 사고라 보험에 클레임 하기가 내키지 않아 몇군데를 다니며 구두 견적이나 서류로 견적을 보았는데 버지니아오토바디 에서 받은 견적이 그중에 책임감이 있어보이고 적당한 금액이라 마음에 들었고 특히나 이메일로 제때에 연락을 해주어 아주 편리했으며 손상된 부분도 잘 수리하여 만족한 결과를보았다.
I hit a deer back in november and took my car to Virginia Auto Body. It was supposed to take a 10 days to two weeks but one they started working on the vehicle they found more damage which cause them to have the vehicle for longer. I'm very happy with the work that was done and if I plan on getting any additional work to my car whether its damage or something I just want done to the car, I plan on taking it here.
Told me it would take 2-3 weeks to fix my car when I got rear ended, took almost 6 months and still had to go back for more work. Gave me a bad battery then had me running around when it was under warranty, just to finally give in and change the bad battery. Update: currently holding my car hostage. Got an estimate for labor only and was told $1800, Charles called me and said my car was ready and the new price was $3240. Overall experience was a good one response time needs a little work but I would go there again and recommend this business to my friends as well coworkers didn't believe it was the same truck good job Thank you Charlie
I have had work done on both of my vehicles at Virginia Auto Body within the past few months. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this shop.
