We did try to make it right even bending our policy regarding no refund / exchange once hair has been installed because we are not sure what products been used or what has taken placed during and after install. My home girl brought this hair it looked good the first 3 days after that it got nappy AF and tingled real bad 400$ for bad hair! Beware don't Buy!!!!! They don't refund or care they sell bad hair!!!!
