If you find yourself in St. Croix, I highly recommend this. In fact, I'd recommend doing it twice; once during the day and once at night. The views are amazing, but, even better, is the presentation. The kayaks are wonderful for all fitness levels. The environs are spectacular. If I had to choose between night or day, I'd say "night', just because the combination of stars, dark, and bioluminescence is magical. Whichever you select, do it early in your visit, so you can do the other one later, because you will be tempted!
