I loved working with Cara at Virgin Island Sailing. As a broker, who gets paid by the company, not us, they made the planning of our Sailing trip in the British Virgin Islands so easy. There were so many details and Cara and the concierge team were always ready to help. The trip itself was wonderful! Each meal was like a 3 star Michelin restaurant. First, they are knowledgeable about the charter companies, 2nd they know the boats and will guide you to what you need. 3rd the booking is easy and the confirmation comes fast and the complimentary cruising guide is very useful. Dream Yachts was my worst boating nightmare! As a novice sailor, I was really excited to join some friends on a sailing trip in the BVI’s. Dream Yachts ruined that experience. First, within hours after getting our final payment, they switched the boat on us and then charged us $1500 extra for a different boat that ended up being a dangerous and unusable vessel.
