Incredible BBQ! i grew up in the Delta and have tried it all, but Virg does it best! The dry rub is my fave, but if in feeling particularly messy, the wet rub is equally tasty, and, as a rule, juicier. Pulled pork sandwich is huge and spiced perfectly.
I stop thru on my way from louisiana on way back i stoo again and got my own plate and my wife one too. Then tips the truth!!!!
The rib tips for $9 were enough to feed two people or one big appetite. Be sure to get the BBQ sauce as it is smoky and great. You get 2 sides and the mac and cheese is good and beans ok if you like a hintnof cinnamon in them. The pulled pork sandwich for $8 was very big and tasty. Get some sauce with it and the slaw on top is great.
My husband and I love the food. November 19th was my first time, but it will not be my last.
