I needed a last minute flower order from here and they did a wonderful job accommodating me. However, the expectation was better than the reality. The photo on their website of the flower arrangement that I chose was different than the flower arrangement that was delivered. Disappointed in the "Waterfall of Color" arrangement I ordered through their website for my mother-in-law. We are out of state so I wanted her to know we are always thinking of her even if we can't visit on Mother's Day. It was delivered on time, but should have been called "Waterfall of White" because there was a severe lack of colorful blooms and lots of green filler. I know the owner and her family. She did all the flowers for my wedding back in 2006. I recently had to request for a bouquet arrangement for my best friends funeral. Given my shock I forgot till the day of the funeral to order. They did an amazing job and were very understanding. They are a family store that treats you like family.
Our family just sent flowers to the funeral home for one of our dearest friends. The flowers were lovely. Bright as requested with a separate plant in the same basket. We couldn’t have been more thankful for the care that was given to our request! Thank you Annamarie and staff at Virg-Ann! ❤️
