Amazing 5 star experience from the website inquiry to one week after moving in! The maintenance team (Jose & Juan) is truly the best. The front office staff have proved why they are award winning and they are not leaning on AI first. You can actually call and speak to the staff directly. Pick your weeds in the landscape beds along Kauffman.. it looks unsightly for being a year old
Drove 40 minutes for a self guided tour, codes did not work and they offered no support besides an AI agent saying nonsense. You really need to automate the leasing of a physical rental property? Beware of your time being wasted, this has been scratched off the list as I can only imagine the annoyance of trying to do a maintenance request. All you have to do is call in and be spun in circles by an AI agent to realize what you might be signing up for.
