If you are a remote worker and need internet this is NOT THE PLACE! We are forced to use Frontier and we cannot move to a different service. Frontier has now admitted that they don’t have the infrastructure to handle this neighborhood. Internet‘s been coming on and off for three days and there are no trucks here tonight fixing anything. Had to write a review for Brianna because she is amazing and gave us the best tour ever. We didn't end up renting this property because it was just too far from Austin but she was personable, funny and so informative. The area is great, well kept and the homes are stunning! They're the perfect size and the specials are amazing. Wish it was closer. It was my favorite townhome !

I have been living at twelve oaks for almost a year. I love my community and the staff here, the maintenance team works very hard to keep the place clean and well maintained. They are extremely fast and professional when any issues arrive. I have made many good friends here
