Be very careful about having LASIK surgery if you have Convergence Insufficiency. I had trouble getting the right prescription for my glasses and thought LASIK would correct things. It ended up making the convergence insufficiency worse and my depth perception way off. I didn't know I had the insufficiency until after surgery and after many different doctor visits an eye specialist in Iowa City finally figured out what was wrong. I had lasik done to both eyes yesterday. Fabulous, wonderful, beautiful. The results are exactly what I had hoped for. My Wife who accompanied me, watched the entire procedure, and was impressed how skilled and professional the staff was. I will try to update this review again in six month.
Just had the Rain Drop procedure done. Dr. Borisuth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Susan is the best! All very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.
I have had my vision corrected for the majority of my life. I finally was in a place to get it done and I am 3 days post op. I was more nervous for this surgery than any other I've had or giving birth...twice :) The staff and doctor were great. My vision is far improved and is continuing to get better. It is the little things I'm finding amazing. Like the feeling of NOT having to take out my contacts before I go to bed and waking up, getting out of bed and I can see!

The staff was really great. Was very nervous and they made me feel very at ease!! Dr B talked to me through the whole process. In and out in less than 10 minutes!! The entire staff was extremely friendly!! Thank you oh yea, and my vision is getting better all the time!
Having worn glasses for 20 years and contacts for 15, eye care was a daily hassle I no longer wanted to deal with. It's been eight hours since my Lasik/PRK surgery and already have near perfect vision (which will improve as my recovery time progesses). Virdi Eye Clinic made this entire process easy and pain-free. Dr. Borisuth, Susan, and the rest of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone in the QCA.
I had my Lasik done yesterday (March 20th). The staff was amazing! The whole process in the room was less than 15 minutes. No pain. Very mild discomfort for about a minute total. Went home, and work up from my nap being able to see! It was awesome. If you are considering it, I'd say go for it!! Virdi is the way to go, in my opinion.
The staff has been so friendly, we are very impressed with the result and would highly recommend Viridi!
