Dumpy office and rude receptionist. Worst exam we have ever had anywhere! We hate both of our glasses and we would never go back to this place. Jessible experience. We are going back to Eyecare Pavillion. Really, the glasses are awful. Terrible selection. Just awful.
Your business office and billing department are not honest and do not do what needs to be done. Will not recommend your clinic to anyone and did not appreciate being turned over to a collection agency because your billing office did not submit a correct claim to my insurance. I have never been turned over for collection ever and my credit rating is 800+, which your office will not affect because I have mailed my payment even though insurance should have covered this. From the first visit to the day of my surgery, they were very helpful and kind. Dr Borisuth is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I would highly recommend them!!
