Horrible treatment by the secretary of Dr Almeida due to mixup at of appointments. I cancelled my appointment with ample notice (over 3 weeks notice) with whoever answered the phone at their clinic. Dr Al Meida's "secretary" called me and questioned why I didnt inform her because there are different secretaries. That isnt my responsibility? She then hung up on my face without allowing me to say a word. I called back to clarify what the issue is and she didnt pick up. My doctor sent a requisition since March 2022 and I haven't gotten an appointment as yet. My doctor's office called in May and was told they have received the requisition but it will take some time to get an appointment. So my doctor sent me the information to follow-up with them. Not happy with treatment at all. Long delays, Lack of communication, Misinformation, sending me for test that I was not told I would be out of pocket for. Strongly encouraging me to use their " Pharmacy" Started testing for treatment in April and now follow up appointment is put off till August. Gave me a phone appointment for May but then called me from blocked number ? No voicemail left so I could return the call.
