Doctor Moncrief: 5 stars Timeliness: …you will wait. Bring a book. Reception: not great.
One of those typical doctors who can never diagnose your condition or figure out what is going (don't want to call her a doctor). I saw Moncrief a couple of times, both downtown at College & Bay, and in Scarborough. I couldn't believe what Moncrief told me. She said not to eat fruits, meat, and rice at all. Wish I could give zero stars. Doctor is good but the receptionist is horrible and I really hope the office can take all the reviews about her seriously. And I rarely go through the effort of writing negative reviews unless it's absolutely horrendous. My mother is travelling and the doctor had insisted I update her on my mother's liver condition while she is overseas. I have called the office numerous times requesting to talk to the doctor for just less than a minute and have sent 3 emails with my mother's MRI and CT Scans wh... read more
