I have never felt so degraded, disrespected wrote off in my life by a medical professional. I came for a medical procedure and followed up on the results and I was met with anger and frustration for having questions about my health. Warning, the billing office here is really horrible and we ended up paying the same amount as an ER visit co-pay ($325) for a very simple appointment. We have a major insurer (Cigna) and were told they were in network but when Cigna flagged them for out of network at the time of service they refused to talk to Cigna (after multiple requests) and billed us $325 (as if we were uninsured) and sent it off to a debt collection agency. I can’t how grateful I am for the professionalism, kindness and compassion I’ve experienced with the entire team at this location. I was feeling bad - received a call about a COVID exposure, tested negative and after a few days tested positive from an at home kit. They still remembered me, handled my Prescription quickly and efficiently. I am 100% better and so thankful.
