The office was very accommodative making an urgent appointment for my grandson who had a hand trauma. Dr. Patel was very attentive, professional with outstanding bedside manners. He performed surgery flawlessly.
I had an 11;30 appointment. When I arrive at the office at 11:10 there were 11 people in the waiting room and no place to sit. I approached the receptionist and stood there for 3o seconds before she acknowledged me. I asked her if he treats knee arthritis and she again ignored me while playing with her cell phone. Approx 20 seconds later she stated " what insurance ?" I said you didn't answer my question. Again back to her phone and I just turned and walked out. Totally rude. !!!
