My pup Max has called VIPet home numerous times in the past year. He absolutely loves walking in the doors and seeing the staff greet him. If you've never seen this facility, the doggy rooms are spacious, the play area is awesome, and the cleanliness is incredible. It's also convenient that they have a groomer right there as well. All -in-all, VIPet is the best pet resort in the area. And don't worry, you're pup can be found on the live video that are posted to the social media accounts.
We live in Virginia but have a family vacation every year in Disney World. We could board our dogs in Virginia but instead choose to drive down with them so we can board them with VIPet Resort, because we trust them to take care of our dogs. Both dogs seem to love it there and all but run for the door when they see it. The employees are great and take wonderful care of our dogs. Wouldn't trust anyone else with them.
very unpleasant experience with owner. my girlfriend and I took our puggle here to stay for a few nights while we were out of town. I made the reservation a day prior and gave them my card (Nicole said they needed it to secure the reservation since the holiday season is busy for them, but that we would not need to pay until picking him up) when I arrived there were three police officers inside/outside.
