Very clean
Visited the PSI testing facility. This facility is beautiful, but being such a huge building, the signage could be better. Overall, I wasn't impressed with my PSI experience. I didn't make the mark on this exam and decided to go to the Illinois Aviation Academy at West Chicago for my next try, and succeeded. Grand Rapids was rude, but "professional". West Chicago was welcoming, friendly, and did not treat me like a terrorist before putting me on a 4-hour General Contractor exam. Very much appreciated.
Nice office building, clean, and very large. I was here for a business meeting with Marc Dion, a business coach.
