I'm 78 years old and had to get a new primary care doctor so I did some homework on the internet.I had my first appointment with Dr Santiago 2 days ago and I realized right then that he was a good choice.It started with a hand shake,which I appreciate a good handshake from a man.He sat down and we talked about my past medical history and he took notes while we talked.I could sense that he legitimately cared about all I said I have no doubts that Dr Santiago wasn't a good choice and I'm very confident in him. All staff speak fluently English and Spanish. I can't be more gratetful to have found Doc. Santiago. Mi parents have been seeing Doc. Richard Santiago for over a year. He take his time to really hear us, explain in detail any change, questions. and help us with our conserns. Never rushes us. He has been a great help. And my parents enjoy his conversations. Always showing us respect, patience, sympathy and commitment. We are very pleased with the service of all staff members. Very nice, and communicative.
