Dr Kidd is the best. She listens to all her patients will kindness and genuine care. If she doesn't have answers then she will find them. Her best right hand man is Ernest. Love them both immensely.
No communication, no follow up on tests that are done, no one calls back when they say they will. very disappointed, I feel like I don't matter, 😞
Has poor communication, called about my father’s appointments and has rescheduled multiple times with on the day notice it has changed causing him to miss work twice in a week multiple times. Called me a week about rescheduling an appointment and said they would call me back but never did. Doesn’t care about his time and changes his appointment around easily.
We are impressed with the ENTIRE STAFF. Have not met Dr. KIDD yet. Are very glad we have made the change to this office.
