Thanks to Jayda and Dr E I was able to move on with laying my father to rest. Jayda took the time to step out of a meeting and listen to my concerns regarding moving forward with necessary procedures that had been held up. After sorting things out, Jayda not only got things taken care of, but expedited the process, likely by a day or two. I cannot thank Jayda enough for her exceptional service.
