I had an amazing experience, staff was great and fast
March 12, 2025 Hiram location still doesn't have a medical doctor on staff. I called for an appointment with my primary care professional and was told Patricia is no longer there. When my pharmacy requested renewal for Wellbutrin they declined to fill it. Now I will have to drive 40 to 45 minutes to see Dr. Campbell at the Marietta location. I thought retirement would be a relaxing time but getting medical care has proven to be a challenge. They should probably just close Hiram location instead of charging patients insurance... read more
I have been going to this clinic for 5 years when it was We Care they had good doctors..Now that it's VIP Care things have changed I had to have MRI on a Sunday...called to get 1 valium because I am very claustrophobic took my info said they would give it to the doctor never heard anything called several days later same thing I will give it to the doctor...Never heard anything...called back the Friday before MRI there was no record of me calling..doctor was out to lunch and she was aware I needed the medicine said I would ge... read more
If I could rate this practice zero I would. They are absolutely horrible since they became VIP Care!!! Do not consider them for your healthcare!!!
