We Care MD closed down WITHOUT NOTICE and sold it to these people. They had HORRIBLE service absolutely APPALLING. Thank God they've closed!!!🎊🎉🎉🎁
I never had a bad experience until I needed my medical records. I went in about two weeks ago to sign the release form and haven't heard from them. I’ve tried calling them and of course, it’s now disconnected and can’t get my records now! I’m So frustrated with them. Very unprofessional to promise me that my records would be ready and then they disappear!
I'm glad VIP care in Hiram is closed down for good!!! When it was WeCare MD, it was Awesome. Since Dr. Smith and Dr. Robyn left, the practice went downhill. The staff was lazy, customer service horrible, and they could careless about the paitents. I received a call on 9/30/25 at 7:51a that my husband's and I medical records were ready for pickup (Keep in mind I went into the Hiram office almost 3 weeks ago to request them). Since Dr. Robyn left this place has gone down hill. The entire staff is beyond lazy. I had to call repeatedly to get a refill of my blood pressure meds, I even told them I was taking half pills to try to make them last. Every time I called I was told something different. I have a much much better Dr. now. Glad this place is closing they did the patients a favor. If they have good reviews they are probably from their friends. Dr. Robyn would be so disappointed in this place. Good riddance to VIP Care
