I am a stage 4 cancer patient at Northside. I was with WeCare Dr Robyn Stiff. A phenomenal Dr. She was bought out and left for Alabama. I was disappointed. I follow-up with this same office: Name change etc. Staff was friendly and the NP. My bp was elevated the NP said monitor if elevated still come back. I did and I was late maybe 10 min. I walked in and got we canceled your appointment . I called them about bp and was told to continue taking my bp meds. I told them 3 times when they called me back that I was never on bp me... read more

Name changed, service changed. First, my 6-month follow-up was cancelled, and no one told me until I showed up. I rescheduled and came back only to be told they were not sure why I was scheduled for a 6-month follow-up. I hope they don't plan on billing my insurance for this, as I will be contacting them to let them know that they should not be paying anything for this waste of time. Scheduled my appointments a year in advance and got canceled. I had already took off work for them to tell me they canceled my appointment… never again worst experience here. Then they said, they don’t have any appointments until 3 months from now 🤡

Since being bought by WeCare MD last year, I’ve had the worst experience with VIP. I’ve had four different doctors since the buyout. Some doctor appointments were scheduled then canceled because the physician had left prior to appointment. Today was the last straw appointment at 11 for TB shot arrive for appointment was told that a provider was not available and the person there wasnot comfortable in giving me the TB shot simply simply ridiculous.
