VIP Care, Dr. Medina this has to be the worse facility I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m 74 years old. This doctor retaliated against me because I did not get the help that I needed from her staff member and complained she screwed everything up for me and yes, I got upset! Dr Medina wrote on my online file I had "Affective Psychosis" which is totally INACCURATE and this was a definite retaliation against me due to my complaining about her rude staff. The last visit was a zoom type visit and she thought she would call me down about complaining about her rude staff. This is not good professional behavior of a doctor. She only saw me 2 times!!!
