1st class.As a new patient,I am impressed with all I had contact with and how they were able to fit me in for the Month of March ,the last Friday.And facilitate the change on so short of a notice Now I will wait and see how they are able to Navigate the State of Florida Medicare Advantage Plan I came with.Greatly I can only hope
