I love Dr. Y! He is thorough and caring and does not hesitate to order the tests and prescriptions I need. And his new staff is personable, friendly, and professionally.
Poorly run had a appointment for 8:50 they said it was for 8:30 I could not see the doctor and got a appointment for 2 months later. I cannot get the results of off my labs, bone density test and mammogram till the doctor reviews then and mails then to me . Really unexpected you would have thought my doctor checked my test results before I came in for my appointment. Very poor service! Front desk is cold and uncaring! Just changed over to them a month ago! Had an appointment for a B12 shot… they texted me everyday to confirm appointment. I went in for my shot and she says she can’t give it because the Dr wasn’t there. The nurse never called or texted me not to come. I drove 30 minutes for nothing and besides that she was rude! I lost it! Do not go at this location..unfriendly and very very rude! I am changing my Dr ASAP!!!!
Doctor Luz Peguero is very nice and she will treat you like her own family she talks to you about you Lab test and she is very knowledgeable. Natalia is very good also and she will treat you right she will make sure you get your meds when you need them I highly recommend.
