I am very happy with the service they provided. They were always very easy to get in contact with and if ever there was something to be fixed or replaced they had it done within a matter of days. I have no problem and I highly recommend.

I moved out of state about 3 years ago, so I was not able to handle the day-to-day tasks of maintaining my single-family home in Redwood City, CA. VIP took over the management about 6 months before I left, and I couldn't be more grateful. They are excellent in communicating about any issues/repairs that need to be completed, and prompt on making sure it's taken care of. I would definitely recommend their management services.

Great to work with! We used VIP from 2008-2022 to manage our duplex until we decided to sell it last year and even had Melissa as our listing agent. They were excellent at communicating and very professional.

VIP did an awful job of managing our property. They were slow in forwarding the rent proceeds, and did a terrible job on the final walk through. He failed to notice a hugh pile of trash in the garage when the tenants vacated and then became rude and combative when we called him on it. Overall their service was abysmal. There are plenty of other property managers in the area who I'm certain will provide you with much better service. Do yourself a favor and choose someone other than VIP.
