So far my first visit was as expected and they got me in quickly
My first visit didn’t quite go as planed, but my follow-up visit was great! I will be back for some tires. *follow up- bought a set of Goodyear wrangler duratracs for my sierra. They had them on in the timeframe they gave me and it was a few hundred bucks less than I was quoted when scheduling! They exceeded my expectations this visit!
Friendly staff. Showed me exactly what needed to be fixed on my car, and why. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, or overcharge for any work they did. Definitely recommend .. and will be back for future repairs.
Great service! I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection & these folks gave me a full, detailed breakdown of what work would need to be done & when. In this case, they saved me a serious headache & boy do I appreciate it! I’ll definitely be coming back & recommending them to friends.
I’ve used several VIP Tire locations across the Northeast and have always been impressed by the consistent customer service and clean facilities. While waiting for my car, I saw staff go above and beyond for both in-person and call-in customers.
