Prior to my arrival to VIP, I didn't know that the Service Adviser, Kerry Holmes, was aware of my previous VIP service visit some months ago that wasn't the best experience for me. He initiated a friendly conversation and informed me he was aware of my previous visit experience and apologized to me for it-although he had nothing to do with the negative portions of the last visit.
