I was staying at a nearby hotel (My Place Hotel) and my catalytic converter was stolen overnight. I didn't realize that until I brought my car to VIP. All I knew was that my engine was extremely loud when it was just fine the day before. I went to VIP at 8 AM, got a call back from Ken at 9:30 AM citing the theft as well as the cost of repair and by 3 PM, my car was ready to go.
