Leena is rude first off. They will put customers ahead of people who have been waiting and they do a piss poor job on nails. They have fell off with their customer service.
The ladies at the spa are great! The receptionist worked very hard to get my daughter and I appointments for hair and nails VERY last minute as a birthday surprise for my 10 year old. They greeted her with "happy birthdays" the minute my daughter walked in. My nails and hair turned out great, as well as my daughter's. They treated my daughter with respect and excitement, which a lot of salons won't do for a child. She was paired with very bubbly and chatty nail tech and stylist, perfect for a kid. I've been going to VIP for about 6 years for wax and hair appointments. love the atmosphere and the staff at this salon! Its filled high energy and extremely talented staff. I highly recommend checking out VIP to everyone! Ashley is an amazing stylist and all around great person to talk to while sitting in her chair.
