Kim has done my hair for over 20 years! She’s able to change things up with my style when I get in a funk and I love it! Love Jae Dean and Wendy, too- her business partners. They’ve worked together a long time and have a great, friendly, and humorous rapport that makes you feel at home.
I've had her old number for 18 months now. Still, I get calls from repeat customers who still have her old phone number. I was nice and found out her new number from a family member and forwarded calls for about 6 months. 18 months later and I'm still getting calls/texts at random hours of the night. Wish this lady cared about retaining business enough to tell her customers that she's switching numbers. Maybe even a "thank you" text would've been nice since I played secretary for 6 months.
Kim was absolutely fabulous!!! She did a wonderful job coloring my hair and would recommend her. VIP salon is a very clean and has a warm welcoming atmosphere.

I love kim. She has been doing my hair since I was a teenager! You can trust her! She does what you want to your hair not just whatever! She doesnt overchop! A quality so many stylist lack.
I love coming here. Though not as often as I used to, but Jae Dean has been doing my hair since as far back as i can remember. And when i do go in, she knows exactly how I like my hair done. All the ladies are very pleasant.
Kim is great, such a sweet and caring personality! She knows what she is doing and looks out for your best interest! Every lady at the salon is very friendly and it is a comfortable family/friends like setting.
