If you’re a property owner or prospective tenant, be aware. Ted is extremely lethargic and unprofessional. He has been nothing but a pain to interact with since we had contacted him but I’ll only mention one instance of few. We viewed a home and he said he will send us the invite for the application asap. Never did. Tried to reach out multiple times with no answer. Radio silence. Over 24hrs later he finally decides to pick up. Ted, is the man. Phenomenal experience from finding a place, to picking a different one, through the diligence of signing rental agreements and walkthrough documents. Cannot recommend highly enough.
