If you’re a property owner or prospective tenant, be aware. Ted is extremely lethargic and unprofessional. He has been nothing but a pain to interact with since we had contacted him but I’ll only mention one instance of few. We viewed a home and he said he will send us the invite for the application asap. Never did. Tried to reach out multiple times with no answer. Radio silence. Over 24hrs later he finally decides to pick up. Absolutely the worst property management experience I’ve ever had. This is a father-and-son operation, and based on our experience, they were unprofessional, rude, and extremely poor communicators. I was an applicant who even offered to pay a full year of rent in advance to secure the property. Rather than treating us with professionalism, they simply stopped responding to my calls and messages. Being ignored instead of receiving a straightforward answer was incredibly frustrating.
