Edit: Do not be fooled by Ted's sweetness - Brandon is in charge and rules with an iron fist. Absolutely the best service I've ever had signing a lease. VIP Property Management is an incredibly friendly company and I'm so happy to be working with them!

So far everything has gone smoothly and Ted has been great to work with! He’s been super helpful! Upon moving in the place was in excellent condition and clean. I would definitely recommend!
