No call back, no response, left many voicemails, very disappointed because we saw a property twice, took our kids, filled out the application, paid the fee and never heard back at all. Called, text, emailed, left voicemails.
We have had a great experience with VIP Property Management. They were a huge help when I ran into problems with my previous renter and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They’ve always been quick to respond and take care of things promptly. When it came time to get the rental cleaned up and ready for the new tenant, they handled everything and kept the process moving quickly. Communication has been great, and I really appreciate having a property management company I can rely on.
The lack of communication and responsiveness became a major concern, especially when it came to resolving problems at my rental property. My experience with V.I.P. Property Management has been frustrating, primarily because of repeated delays in responding to specific matters involving the property. I reached out to V.I.P. Property Management because I was having a pretty frustrating situation with my current property management company and wanted a second opinion from someone who actually knew what they were talking about. If you’re a property owner or prospective tenant, be aware. Ted is extremely lethargic and unprofessional. He has been nothing but a pain to interact with since we had contacted him but I’ll only mention one instance of few. We viewed a home and he said he will send us the invite for the application asap. Never did. Tried to reach out multiple times with no answer. Radio silence. Over 24hrs later he finally decides to pick up.
