Ted and team are top notch! Highly recommend.
Don't rent from them. Ted made the comment " I don't know if I want to rent to someone like you" simply because I was following up on my application. He knew I had a deadline to move in. Told me he " needed to be in control" . My adult sons warned me not to move in. One son is a Clackamas County Deputy! Well they didnt honor the original lease when it came to the yard. And they admitted it wasnt ready to rent Ted's son, Brandon made me sign a addendum to the lease referencing the yard issues, but he lied to my face and said ... read more
