We had a great moving experience with VIP Pro! We had Ace and his crew, 5 guys total, moving us from LA to SD. We have a big 5,000 square foot house and it was a long day of packing and moving and they were all so polite, helpful, and efficient. They stored all our things overnight and moved us in the second day. I hired the VIP Pro Moving team a few months back and had a great experience! They also offer the best rates in my area (LA/OC) so I ended up hiring them again for my most recent move. I got assigned Aza and his team for both moves and he is great to work with. Ace and his team were fantastic!
Ace and the team were fantastic—the move was a tough one. The elevator was broken, which meant an unfortunate number of stairs on a hot day. I really appreciate all their hard work! There was some miscommunication with the main office that I think could be improved moving forward.
Professional movers so fast and careful about out stuff. Just one negative point! They forgot to close the main gate at the pickup location.
