So Rude!!! They insisted our appt was for 1:00 and we clearly have the text message with confirmation for 12:00.. it usually takes 3 hours because we have a large Aussiedddle. It took them over 5 hours and I’m sure our poor baby had to wait for their lack of proper planning. We made this appointment over a week ago and if Saturday is too busy for a large dog, they should have kindly told us and we would have made it for another day. RecommendedAbsolutely love VIP Pets Salon! They do a great job and take care of our special needs dog. (She’s a rescue and fearful of people). Absolutely would recommend them! My puppies Lilly, Olivia,Bonnie and Nicky always look so beautiful after the spa day too!
FIVE STARS 🤩 I’ve been going here for a few years now with my dog Rusty. I am extremely pleased with their service from day one Martha was very friendly, welcoming & treats the animals with so much love. They also take their time, are understanding & make sure you’re happy when you leave. They also give recommendations, so you know they truly care your pet is not just another number.
