Upon arrival at the green location on 1/4/26 the young lady checking us in forced us to purchase a package for $110 stating that was the only way she could “put us in the system”…I told her we only needed rabies vaccine and the last of parvo series, she stated because we didn’t have our record with us we had to pay for the full package regardless but that I could talk to the ladies in the room on my turn about this (which they wouldn’t even hear me out and rushed me through the process). Actually they're very good, fast, flexible and helpful. They're also nice to pets and people. So I assume we just got a bad team on 7/27/2025 at PetSupplies, Manchester Road in Akron, Ohio. Other than our previous great visits when we had to wait in line until we were the next, this time we arrived and faced no people around or waiting. Since they gave us a later slot they let us wait around an hour until in their opinion our slot has come. I would give 100 stars if I could! GREAT experience. Took my 15yr old cat for a rabies shot. VIP vets are very professional and it was super organized. Easy in and out and very affordable. I also had some paperwork that needed filled out by the vet, and they did it without question and a smile on their face. I highly recommend VIP PetCare Vaccination Clinic. Only cost $44 total. If I had taken him to my regular vet it would have cost well over $100 maybe even $200 BRAVO VIP!!
Kinda rude towards customers and They Wrote whatever they wanted for his chart. They did not put his correct information that I provided.
