I showed up early just like I have the previous three times because it's always been first come first serve. They informed me after I've been there that you need to pre-register and it's an order of registration. I'm severely disabled I've had seven spinal surgeries and I cannot stand there for a long time in a line I get there early so I'm one of the first people. They are very undependable. They have cancelled the clinic in my town for the past 6 weeks. I guess the pets in our area are not important to them anymore.

The worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Staff rude, unprofessional, clinic is from 12 noon to 4 pm and the girls didn't even start setting up until 12:15, 2 of the girls just stood around while the third was checking people in. Some of us had already checked in prior to the visit and were told we'd have to wait until everyone was checked in. On top of everything a elderly woman with a walker sat in a chair that the put out for herself and made her move.

Took my 3 year old Pit Bull Mix. Before anyone goes wild, my baby is very lovable and friendly. Unfortunately, they have a bad rap. It is what it is. He was so excited to be in the pet store with all the sweet sweet smells of treats and toys. He is a big boy. I was doing my best to keep him under control while we waited in line.
