First time at VIP after having moved to Lodi a few years ago. Took my two puppies here for vaccines who have never left the house since I got them and both contracted Parvo from a single short visit. It's clear that VIP either is too incompetent to maintain a clean, healthy environment for pets to visit or simply lack any real care. I won't ever be visting again and I recommend that anyone with young or unvaccinated dogs/puppies don't bother. I showed up early just like I have the previous three times because it's always been first come first serve. They informed me after I've been there that you need to pre-register and it's an order of registration. I'm severely disabled I've had seven spinal surgeries and I cannot stand there for a long time in a line I get there early so I'm one of the first people. They are very undependable. They have cancelled the clinic in my town for the past 6 weeks. I guess the pets in our area are not important to them anymore.
