very nice to help me I was looking for a specific brand of shampoo for my dog that his trainer suggested I buy. After calling around, I passed by the VIP Pet Shop and took a chance they would have what I was looking for. They didn't, but it wasn't a lost cause. They gave me the names of a few other pet shops in the area that might carry the brand. I thought it was very nice of them to help me out that way.
