Daughter had emergency pain and had to have all wisdom teeth cut out and the employees were super nice. A very classy, nice, and clean facility. Very hospitable and friendly. We will be driving from Winter Haven to go to this dentist.
Will never go back. they charged me for s visit even though i gave 48 hours notice. then called me and asked if i was coming g back. when i advises yes they said they removed the charge. Now i’m getting calls from collections. beware!
RecommendedThe staff at VIP Dental Center made what I thought was going to be a hard visit to the dentist, a comfortable one. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist himself - every one was super understanding and I left the office with every concern addressed and even more relief from pain that I have been in for 4 months. I will always recommend this office and I’ll probably never go anywhere else as long as I’m here in Florida.
RecommendedToday, I called VIP at 6 AM with a dislodged crown and broken tooth. Having never been a patient with VIP, I was still able to see the doctor within minutes of my arrival. The staff was incredibly courteous and gave me multiple treatment options that were explained clearly - including price and how many appointments I’d need for each treatment.
