Julie was great! I am a picky customer when it comes to my nails but she was very accommodating and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Julie was also funny and kind so I was able to enjoy my manicure and have a good time. The price of the manicure didn’t break the bank so I’m happy with that as well.
I always come get my nails done here Bebe is the best. She is very friendly & great nail tech, the place is very clean.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. It took approximately two hours and 15 minutes just to have a fill done on my nails, which is far longer than expected. I had to explain the color I wanted three separate times, and communication throughout the appointment was extremely frustrating. I also clearly explained multiple times that I have a broken finger and needed that finger handled carefully. Unfortunately, each time it was touched, the filing was extremely painful.
