Tried Vip multiple times because it is near my work. I will not ever go back. Salon could really use a cleaning and she took the implement that she removed my dip polish off of my nails out of her dusty tray, not out of the cleaning solution then at the end of removing she sprayed my hands with water and put a coat of polish on them and did not allow me to wash the acetone off of my hands. I've been here a handful of times and I love it. I get acrylics with design or art and I change it so often and Ken is the best! I came as a walk in today at 5:30 an hr before they close and he stayed till 7:30 making sure my nails where perfect. Any little mistake made was noticed and fixed instantly. He made me coffee and actually conversated with me about my work and day. He takes his time and really does a great job with his work.
