Kim is amazing
Not sure what changed here but the past 3x getting a acrylic with French tips manicure, i had to have 2 different nail techs because it wasn’t even and super chunky (i wanted thin) and today i went and again had to ask the tech to redo multiple nails because it wasn’t even. Then last time I wasn’t charged for a take off, today they charged for the take off and $10 for a French design, even though their sheet with pricing says $5 for French. All of our services were fantastic as always!!
This was my first time here and it’s a nice place and the lady that did my toes was great but the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. I got a plain white French tip. She did not clean up my nails left white powder all over my hands. The edges of my nails are super sharp and pointy. The white part of the French tip is super thin. I will definitely not be going back. For the money that I paid it was not worth it. I’ll be going somewhere else to have them fix them after just having them done.
