I was just here and the guy that did my pedicure literally scraped my heel off until it started bleeding. This place has gone down the drain since new management took over. Don't go here!
Horrible customer services. Don’t stick by word or customers. Actually argue with them and the staff is extremely rude. Every since changed owners seems like it’s going down hill.
Hasn’t been the same since the owner n daughter aren’t there anymore I’ve been going since they opened not as clean Also went last Friday and have 3 nails that broke within 4 days haven’t gone back for the last one.
I don’t know what all the hype was about, I enjoyed it I’ll definitely be back!
I went here for years and liked it, then one day about two months ago I went in to get a no chip I noticed right away that I didn’t recognize any of the employees but didn’t think much of it. Next thing I know they are trying to up charge me for every little thing that I wanted Done that I never paid extra for in the previous years that I had been going there? I even said I never paid for that before? It was as if they could careless and wouldn’t budge. They lost my business that day �
A friend suggested VIP. And this is now my new go to. Very friendly, quick, good prices and nails look great.
