VIP Nails truly lives up to its name! I had a great experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated, and the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and friendly. Many nail techs available. Kaylee was amazing! She recommended French tip & it turned out so pretty! I loved that they offered me water, I was thirsty. Overall very professional & quick service. I got a mani-pedi in an hour.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, I showed a picture of the ombré nails I wanted. The male tech quoted me $105, which seemed high, and when I declined chrome, the price dropped to $95—still unclear and inconsistent.
