I had an appointment this morning for 9:30am. It was dark inside and the doors were locked. I waited about 20 minutes thinking maybe someone was running a little late, but no, I received a text at 9:53 that my appointment had been cancelled. Really disappointing lack of professionalism. Will not return.

0/10, absolutely horrible experience. I went in as a walk-in at 4 PM on a Friday (should’ve been my first red flag) and left regretting every second. First, the tech burned my finger with glue, and when I mentioned the pain, they accused me of being dramatic. What they didn’t realize is that I understand Vietnamese and overheard them making even more rude comments. Completely unacceptable.
