Decided to try VIP Nails because they were voted Seguin Gazette Best of 2013. I have no idea how this happened. I get the shellac manicure and instead of taking the old polish off he tried to smooth the edges with a drill and paint over the old nail polish with the new. I have never had a manicure of any type that included leaving the old polish on. I told them I didn't want to continue and they got up set and blamed me.
