I had the absolute worst experience at this salon. I have been to this salon before, several times over the years. Last time I got a manicure they ground off the polish so that my nails were thin and bending. When I went back I pointed it out and she said she could put something on the nail to strengthen it but it would cost me extra. The stylist used the wrong polish - not the color I chose and then wanted to paint the lighter color over the darker color to correct it so the nails and toes would not end up matching. I was unknowingly serviced and charged for shellac without my knowledge… I’m a new customer and I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows and toes done. I wasn’t looking to spend any more than $55. I knew that shellac was extra so I had FULL intentions of not getting shellac to stay within my budget.
