Went in for a 5:30 appointment that I made a week ago. Was told they were running 10 min behind. At 5:45 the hostess says "I am going to be honest with you. It's going to be at least another 25 min.". Would have been nice to have been told that when I got there since I had my 7 year old son with me. Then I was asked if I wanted to come back at 7:30. No I don't. I live 1/2 hour away and made an appointment for a reason. So disappointed. Used to be my favorite place to go.
Not impressed with pedi experience, was very rushed..... Have had better elsewhere.....
This place used to be.nice...I don't know what has happened... My dauhghter didnt get her nails done the way she wanted...was told it looks better like this... And my nails look like crap and its only day #3... The polish has chipped all off and it didn't get done the way I wanted either... I will not be back very unsatisfied!!

Went there the other day with my two granddaughters they did tell me it was a waiting list but it looked awful funny when there was no one for pedicure felt some kind of way about that but she did say there was a waiting list and then when it was my turn the guy that was working on my pedicure was like he was scared to touch my feet, feft dead skin all around my toes he didn't clip them nails off and didn't massage my calf I was very unsatisfied with this visit. On the good side he did paint them nice.
