I wish I was able to give a negative star. I had a HORRIBLE experience at VIP NAIL BAR. The nail tech was not able to do the design I asked for let alone inform me that she was not able to execute the original design. Originally, I asked for Matte polish with a design from a picture that I showed the nail tech. After she completed my nails, I asked the nail tech to add some nail art and she just looked at me and repeatedly said all done like she wasn't going to do anything else for me.
