Good costumer service, good people. BUT My experience with them wasn’t good, they slack on fixing my car stereo after bugging them for weeks and traveling to Kennewick 2-3 times me from Quincy is a drive never they apologized for it. Took over a month and a half to fix it, not just that but took them 3-4 months to give me my license plates and made excuse that they weren’t sending to the correct address and never provided me with proof about it and never apologized. BUYERS AND POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES! My husband purchased a car in April and after the dealer suggested I was added to the loan they took my information, submitted and FORGED an entirely different application and contract through an entirely different bank at a much HIGHER interest rate and longer loan term! I contacted the dealer directly and gave them every opportunity to work it out.
