We had an 8:30am booking to bring us to the airport and they never showed up. When we called the office for an update he gave us a number for the driver but he never answered, then the office stopped answering. No explanation, no apologies, just ghosted us. We had to pack in like a clown car and drive ourselves.
Great prices, honest local business. Would recommend 10/10!
Driver of limbo RB0550 (18/8/23) is so rude he kept of abusing the parq staff and most of all he didn’t even know how to drive while pulling in parq’s driveway he kept of running over tiles and pavement and when asked not to stared abusing and doing weird gestures and passing comments. Even if it only limo will never suggest any person to book VIP limousine they have the worst staff. Anyone reading this take a taxi on your big night but avoid VIP limousine they are not worth it
Excellent service. Brad was a great Limo driver. Friendly , knowledgeable informative and a great person. This was our first time. We will recommend to our travel agent and Tauck tour.
