Horrible customer service, fraudulent credit card charges, no return phone calls, very rude manager/owner. I tried to cancel a reservation for a limo and they just kept charging my card, telling me I'm responsible for the whole amount, not just the refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM tHIS COMPANY
