My experience with this lender was a nightmare. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with this lender. The lender claims to have made a mistake on the rate lock term that resulted in our paying points to get the promised rate. Lender also reneged on promised credits. In addition, this lender was prompt to response all the way up until it was too late for us to change lenders (with less than two weeks left to close).
