You be the judge: I needed to replace 9 cracked 12x12� ceramic tiles in a kitchen and bathroom floor that were originally installed 7 years ago . Some grout also had to be replaced - the tech told me they charged $75 /hr and we agreed 10 hours should be enough to accomplish the job I would provide the replacement tiles - it took him 9 hours to remove the 9 cracked tiles and � pick up � 3 additional intact tiles that came loose - just to remove not replace the tiles - ultimately he took 27 hours - 3 days - to finish - claimin... read more
