They did a great job.
There are not enough words to explain how happy I am with this company. First off, Lenny came out to see what I really needed, because even I wasn't sure. I had a few loose tiles in my shower that I needed firmed up for the sale of my house. Well it turned out to be a much bigger job. Lenny and Billy took on every challenge that faced them, and left me with something I am very pleased with at a great price. These guys do no mess around. My bathroom has never looked so good! Very polite and friendly. The owner requested the interview be moved to Friday. I agreed. He came Friday, and his crew did the work on Saturday.
The fellows arrived promptly and were very thorough and worked efficiently. They did a great job caulking the tub area and steam cleaning the tile and tub as well. We're very pleased with the results.

VIP Grout and Tile Concept responded to my inquiry within the hour to provide the estimate for the repair of my bathroom grout. Originally I did not select VIP to do the work. What a big mistake that was!!! I selected one other company to do the repair. After seeing what a horrible job the first repair company did, I called VIP company to fix the mess that the first company had done. VIP cleaned, scraped and removed loose grout, buffed all tiles, caulked base board. They did a wonderful job. The shower looks new again!!!
